This movement meditation class has a focus on neurological health and is especially suitable for people wanting an inclusive, accommodating, self-paced program. Lindsay facilitates creativity and mindfulness, while incorporating the Basic 4 PWR!Moves into the weekly program. Using music, dance and exercises aimed to enhance balance, sensory perception and community, Lindsay fosters a warm and welcoming environment where participants often say they leave each class feeling joyful and inspired.
